You can use Tyyni® drink powder as needed in the morning, during the day and especially in the evening before going to bed without any side effects.
Tyyni drink powder contains pumpkin seed powder. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Ingredients:
Pumpkin seed powder (48%) (Austria), grape sugar (Austria), aroma (natural cocoa aroma), rice starch, solidifying agent (guar gum), anti-caking agent (silica).
The package contains a dry solids bag (silica gel, not edible).
Does not contain artificial colours, preservatives, yeast or dairy products. Suitable for vegans.
Use instructions:
Add 1 measuring spoon (10 g) of drink powder to approx. 1 dl (or according to your own taste) of hot or cold liquid, e.g. vegetable milk. Mix well to prevent the powder from settling to the bottom. The package contains a measuring spoon. One measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 1 tablespoon (15 ml).
PLEASE NOTE!
The product may cause drowsiness, so it should not be used before transporting a vehicle or work machine at night. If you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or taking regular prescription medication, consult your doctor before using the product. Store in a dry and cool place. Due to the organic ingredients, the colour of the product batches may vary. Use as part of a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
